Coaching sessions last an hour. Both the initial assessment and regular sessions can be conducted face-to-face or online. Once a client-coach relationship is established, coaching can also be carried out over the phone, via email, through video calls, and occasionally via instant messaging.During the sessions, a coach asks questions to understand what you want to achieve, any obstacles you face, and where you envision yourself in the future. While the coach collaborates with you, it is your responsibility to challenge and reflect on your ideas to make progress in your life.
