I can assist you to remove past traumas, phobias, fears, anxiety, depression, PTSD, insomnia, procrastination and the feeling of being stuck, to enable you to move and progress in your career, study, self-development, family and romantic relationships.
I can help you to ease involuntary body movements (ticks) and support you in your journey to overcome non beneficial habits of smoking, negative self talk and eating disorders.
